Check-in
Let's get the party started! Follow these steps to make your check-in as smooth as possible.
No Bag Policy
LaVell Edwards Stadium has adopted a NO bag policy. Small clutch bags, no larger than 5” x 8” x 1” , with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium. No food or drink is permitted.
Medically necessary items (including diaper bags) will be permitted after inspection. One bag per person.
Step 1
Parking
Park in the West Stadium Lot and walk to Gate 5 for check-in. If you are coming with registered guests, you must all check in together.
Step 2
Registration QR Code
Search “Grad Bash Confirmation” in your email to pull up your registration QR Code. Volunteers will scan your codes at Gate 5 after you go through stadium security.
Step 3
Swag Pickup
After checking in with your college, you're set to party! Make sure you receive your food wristband, Grad Passport, exclusive grad t-shirt, and bag.
